Refund and Returns Policy

Ordering & Shipping Delivery

Malaysia Orders

Malaysia orders will be delivered via registered post and will require a signature, Personal details or photographing upon receipt based on the policy of dispatch companies. Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am – 6pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your nearest courier office will be necessary. Business addresses are preferable as the receptionist can sign for your order.

International Orders

International orders will be dispatch via Airmail. Please allow up to 14 – 30 days for international Airmail delivery (Depend on dispatch companies).

Please note: that all prices, shipping and handling charges do not include relevant custom duties or taxes that may be incurred and charged when shipped overseas. These charges need to be paid by the customer. Please check with your local custom offices for further details.

Postage Charges

Postage charge is floating & depends on dispatch companies’ rate as it may change from time to time. Please check our customer service for more info.

Delivery

  • The parcel will be ready for pick up by courier service company within 72 hours upon confirmation of order (excluding weekend & public holidays) except:
  • Items Out of Stocks or not available stocked in our warehouse.
  • Direct delivery from our suppliers / partners.
  • Made-to-order & Preorder products
  • Delays, accidentally incidents or late delivery caused by our appointed courier service company.
  • Please note that this may take longer during sales period depend on stocks availability, quantities or orders and delivery locations & concerns.
  • Please note that it might be possible for courier service company unable to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us and delivery to an alternative delivery address. Cancellation of the order was not allowed.
  • Only applicable to selected items on the website.
  • A signature may require upon receiving your order as a proof of receipt.
  • We shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified and keyed in by you on the order form. Your order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service company whereby appointed by OMBumin eHealth.
  • We aim to deliver within the soonest time frame, but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Return / Exchange Policy

Exchange

  • OMBumin eHealth shall exchange all incorrect items delivered within 5 working days upon receiving. (T&C apply)
  • A delivery fee will be imposed for every delivery attempt.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or revoke any exchange permission at any time for any reasons, without any notice without liability to you or any other person.

 

Faulty & Damaged Goods

We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any items delivered to you that are damaged or defective at no charge or we will issue a full refund for you if you notify us within 5 working days of receipt and conditional on all item(s) being returned to OMBumin eHealth with unused and in the original packaging.

When you return merchandise, please ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit or delivery.
